C. Payment Processing & Card Data Security

Payments are securely handled directly by Razorpay Software Private Limited.

3. Purpose of Data Usage

Fulfilling and confirming room reservations and managing on-premise check-in.
Dispatching automated reservation vouchers, invoices, and directions via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Complying with statutory guest registration (Form C & Hotel Registers) mandated by law enforcement.
Providing 24/7 concierge assistance and resolving inquiries.
