General reservation rules, property guidelines, and legal agreements for Aswas Residency.
1. Agreement & Guest Eligibility
By accessing booking.aswasresidency.in or booking accommodation at Aswas Residency, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Guest Age: Primary guests must be at least 18 years of age to reserve a room. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
2. Tariffs, Currency & Taxes
- All room rates are quoted in Indian National Rupees (INR - ₹).
- Government Goods and Services Tax (GST) is applied in accordance with prevailing statutory slabs.
- Bookings are confirmed only upon successful payment verification and issuance of a Booking Reference ID.
3. Check-In, Check-Out & Photo ID
• Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
• Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
• Early arrival or late checkout is subject to availability.
All adult occupants must produce valid government photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving License, Voter ID). Foreign guests must present a valid Passport and Indian Visa.
4. Payment Gateway & Security
Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay via Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, and UPI. All financial data is encrypted under PCI-DSS Level 1 standards.
5. House Rules & Guest Conduct
- Smoking is prohibited inside bedrooms; designated outdoor zones are provided.
- Guests are financially responsible for any intentional damages to hotel property or furnishings.
- Possession of illegal substances or hazardous items on resort premises is strictly forbidden.
- Disruptive noise is prohibited after 10:00 PM to maintain guest comfort.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Idukki District, Kerala, India.
