1. Reservation Cancellation & Refund Schedule
Our cancellation and refund structure provides flexibility while managing room inventory responsibly:

* Peak holiday seasons, festival dates, or special promotional packages are governed by the specific terms indicated at reservation.
2. Refund Mode & Processing Turnaround Time (TAT)
All approved refunds are credited back directly to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) through the Razorpay Payment Gateway.
Once an authorized cancellation is submitted, the refund is initiated within 24 business hours. Funds will reflect in your account / card statement within 5 to 7 working days, subject to standard banking clearing cycles.
3. How to Initiate a Cancellation & Refund
Click the secure cancellation link provided in your booking confirmation email to cancel online instantly.

4. Early Check-Out & Force Majeure
- Early Departure: Guests choosing to shorten their stay after check-in are not entitled to refunds for unconsumed nights unless agreed upon in writing by management.
- Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseen natural events, severe weather advisories, or official government travel restrictions, ASWAS Residency may issue re-scheduling credits or full waivers valid up to 6 months.
